Christelle's Room 13 Portfolio

This week I had to trace a very meaningful and important picture about the importance of black lives matter. It was of three little kids that is holding a sign which says black lives matter. We often overlook the importance of the next generation and what they have to experience and witness on the media of what is occurring to people that has the same skin complexion as them . What went well i the project week is the amount of focused that I had while completing this post. Something about this project week that may have been bit difficult is trying to figure if I should add a color scheme or would it look more elegant in back and white. I did really good this project week was able to work on something that holds meaning to me and added my own creativity as well.

This week since I was given a deadline for my superlative pages in the yearbook, the task this week was to go around take pictures of people who were nominated. What really well is the amount of work I put in just two days since there happen to be two snow days which slowed down my process in having more days extension in order to complete such task in short period of time.  What was a struggle is having to figure out where everyone happens to be through out the building, Chasing people down mostly  teachers just to snap a picture of them. For just having two days this week to get this done I did pretty well but I could have been more motivated  to complete before deadline and having to rush and stress myself.

This week I traced a very important picture about a African goddess, the power of black do not crack. I traced it from the computer and then switch a few things that was from the original picture into my own creativity. This week Project I used a white paper, and a pencil and I scribbled so that when I traced over the picture it would be easier to erase the extra lines that was once placed. What was difficult about this project week was trying to determine if I wanted it to be color coated or just leave it in black and white and make it look like an elegant sketch. I think I could have done better this project week, and putting a better effort then I did. I was a little lazy with this weeks project which caused it to be incomplete.
